1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

b) Condition of Returned Items
To qualify, items must be:

Unwashed and unaltered

In original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact

Free from perfumes, stains, or damage
Products that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Sale, discounted, or promotional items

Accessories (if applicable)

Gift cards or vouchers
3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size issues or manufacturing defects only.

Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size or style.

If the requested item is unavailable, customers may opt for:

Store credit (valid for 6 months), or

An alternative product of equal or higher value (price difference payable)
4. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
Upon approval, you will be offered:

Store credit
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Courier pickup will be arranged by Palkaya (for eligible locations), or you may be asked to ship it back.
Note: Shipping fees for returns may apply unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

Bank/card refund: 7–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank
Shipping fees and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
7. International Orders
For orders delivered outside India:

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
Customers must ship the product back at their own cost. -
Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
8. Return Rejection Criteria
Your return will be rejected if:

Item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Tags or packaging are missing

Product is from the non-returnable category

Product does not pass quality inspection
Rejected items will be returned to you at your cost.
9. Cancellations
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched.
After Dispatch
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
You may request a return after delivery (if eligible under the return policy).
